Basic Horse Keeping: Learn about safe horse keeping, the potential costs, horse care and responsibilities, as well as how to care for pastures and land, reduce mud, and manage manure.

 Firewise for Horse Owners  Wildfire can quickly become a real threat to rural landowners. When horses or livestock are involved, swift action is needed to reduce the chance of lost animals and damaged property. Learn to identify and minimize wildfire risks around your horse property, and find out how to expedite an evacuation should the danger of wildfire arise.
